The term "Design Graveyard" is used by our team to describe a collection of ideas and designs that, despite having significant potential and promise, ultimately did not make it past the client approval stage for one reason or another. This series explores the process of developing a concept or logo mark, aiming to uncover the creative elements embedded within the branding journey.
The initial "B" was roughly sketched using a Wacom tablet, which enabled us to establish the foundational shape of the letter. In Illustrator, this digital drawing process provided the flexibility to adjust the line width on each curve, allowing for precise modifications and refinements. Transitioning from 2D to 3D, we developed an intriguing transparent effect that can be layered over text and imagery or used as a standalone logo.
