Fleet Space Technologies, one of Australia's fastest-growing companies, partnered with Nectar to refine their brand communications and digital strategy. With a growing team, recent investment, and new products on the horizon, Fleet needed a more mature brand presence to reflect their role as a space-enabled technology innovator. Through stakeholder workshops, we helped evolve their visual identity, retaining key elements while introducing a refreshed typeface, colour palette, image library, and digital guidelines for web, print, and social media. Fleet launched their updated website and brand strategy in March 2024 and continued to work with Nectar to roll out and modernise communications across sectors including mineral exploration, space, and defence.

With numerous lounge options available, the challenge was to craft a compelling narrative and experience that would attract and retain premium travellers. Our strategy focused on elevating the Plaza Premium Lounge experience through a brand refresh, digital enhancements, and engaging content creation. Following a comprehensive brand audit, we refined their communications strategy, developed a visual language that emphasises comfort, convenience, and accessibility, and introduced the new hero line: “Your Destination before Departure.” Plaza Premium Lounge continues to partner with Nectar to evolve their brand across multiple markets and customer touchpoints.
